Lovely and kind receptionist, Kevin was a lovely man and helped me instantly. Connected to whatsapp so we had more instant communication between one another. Great job he did. place was clean and lovely. Strong shower always helps.

Cozy rooms and friendly staff. Kevin was excellent. He went above and beyond. Great location. Walking distance to the various Hanoi attractions. Many cafes nearby.

The hotel is located at the edge of Old Quarter, so most attractions and on walking distance, since we didnt use any other transport there. The communication with them in person was good, a but less available they were on Booking. We got two small bottles of water, coffee and tea for free. They don't offer breakfast, but have some smootie options. We stayed one night longer than planned. There were no discounts, but we could have stayed in the same room.

The breakfast was scrumptious, we really enjoyed it. The location is great. It is walking distance from the train street and there are restaurants nearby.

Generally it's good hotel 10min walk to old quarter.Hot water always, comfortable bed.We had to wait for our fly so the staff let us leave our bags in the hotel for 5 hours.

we liked that we could sleep. despite the noise from outside. Good breakfast as well👍 Also the guys from the reception kept our luggage before checking in

Conveniently located in Hanoi, away from the noise of Old Quarter but easy to go to. The room size was enough for 2 persons and it was clean. There are also places to eat down the hotel.

the location is excellent for the sights in the old quarter. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and pleasant.

It was a walkable distance to what we wanted to see. Good restaurants around us. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure.
